I have seen so many outstanding Washington Capitals license plates that I could make a whole top ten list out of them alone (maybe I will). As I post about fandom license plates on the 8th of every month, I thought it was appropriate to post this one honoring The Great Eight, Captain Alexander Ovechkin.
